The summer amphitheatre is the main concert venue of the international festival of arts "Slavic Bazaar". The festival is held annually every summer in exactly one week.

This unusual summer, the auditorium was built for the festival of Polish song in 1987. Its capacity today 6219 seats, divided into 9 sectors. The area of the stage 430 square meters. The author of the project of the architect V. A. Babushkin.

The construction of the Summer Amphitheatre was chosen for a reason. It is built in a natural hollow, where once was a ravine. The slopes of the former ravine protect the Amphitheater from the city noise and, conversely, those wishing to entertain the residents of the city do not interfere with the sounds of music from the Summer Amphitheatre.

Its present appearance amphitheater acquired immediately. In 2007, over the open stage and auditorium was erected with unusual openwork design is "the hood" that covers performing artists and spectators from bad weather. Increased the number of seats held total reconstruction and renovation of the amphitheater.

The altitude of the tracery of the roof over the summer amphitheatre – 25 meters length it formed an arch of 120 meters. The design consists of 18 thousand metal rods, fastened with 3 thousands of metal balls. Behind the scenes is an artistic block. This four-story building with all necessary equipment for artists: gamername, technical and administrative areas. Here in 2007 for the artists was opened cafe Maestro 60 seats.

In 2009 was opened the walk of fame with portraits of winners of the special presidential award "Through art to peace and mutual understanding".
