Tsaritsyn fire team in Volgograd – one of the attractions of the city, is a regional architectural landmark of the twentieth century the History of this building began in 1891, when local authorities decided to build a fire station. In operation, the building was introduced in 1897, evidenced by a commemorative inscription on the facade.

The uniqueness of the building Tsaritsyno fire brigade is that it was built using the known Tsaritsyno masonry bonder, in which the bricks are placed at the bottom end. In addition to the main building in a complex of buildings included teaching courses, veterinary and stables. The fire Department had their own brass band.

In Volgograd to the present day survived only two buildings owned by a firefighter. The first is the fire tower of the Central area and one is located in the Voroshilov district of Volgograd. At that time the city was filled with wooden buildings, so the fire brigade played a very important role.

Capital restoration fire brigade was held in 1950 On the building's facade was preserved coat of arms, which represents a symbiosis of arms of Saratov province and Tsaritsyn. But the building has lost its famous tower. The original appearance of the fire brigade returned after the 1995 restoration.
