Tanah Lot is a rocky formation that formed outside the island of Bali. Upon this rock is a popular tourist attraction and sacred for the Balinese temple of Tanah Lot, which is considered a centre of pilgrimage. Pura Tanah Lot is located in Tabanan district, 20 km from Denpasar.
