The Palace of arts Photo: Palace of arts

The Palace of arts in Budapest was opened in March 2005. Under the roof of this unique building combined different areas of the arts: theatre, music, visual arts. Highly functional, the building was appreciated at the competition: FIABCI", where the project received the first prize for architecture.

The main role of the Palace of arts is devoted to the music: the largest area of the building occupied by the national concert hall. Béla Bartók. Due to its large size, mobile design and excellent acoustics, it became one of the most popular to date concert halls in Europe. Every June there is a festival "days of the Budapest Wagner". In the hall we installed the largest concert hall organ.

Hall - Festival theatre less in size, but not inferior in functionality and acoustics of the concert. Its main feature is a huge stage area of 7560 sq. meters. In addition to theatrical productions on its stage performances of music bands – a jazz, classical and dance.

Hall of the Museum of modern art Ludwig with permanent exhibitions and interactive exhibits, is on the first floor of the building. In the same wing is also a lecture hall, library and children's activity center.
