The mosque of al-Badia is one of the oldest mosques Arab Emirates. The construction has another name – Ottoman mosque. The mosque of al-Badia is located near the village of al-Badia, 30 km from Fujairah city.

The history of the mosque is covered with many secrets. It is still unknown how old she is. Some scholars suspect that the mosque was built about five centuries ago. Inside the building is the Minbar, which is a continuation of the wall. The prayer hall is the mihrab. In the center of the room is a table, which divides the interior space of the mosque on a flat squares and also serves as a support for four domes of the Holy abode. The sunlight inside the mosque falls through small Windows, made in the shape of flowers.

Today the mosque of al-Badia is an active Muslim temple.
