Located in the heart of the main district of Hong Kong. The neoclassical building was built in 1860 for the Russian Consul, in 1915 it was occupied by the French mission, and in 1917 it was rebuilt. The building made of red brick, with green shutters and wrought iron railings on the balconies. Also here you will see the chapel of the French missionaries, in whose honor and was named this building.

The General view was that it was the first place where was located the government. Now here is the court of cassation.
