Falls Pinsel located in the province of Ilocos sur, island of Luzon, approximately an hour's drive from the town of Santa Maria. You can get here on foot from the nearby town of Pilar – a series of stone steps, built in the mountains, leads to one of the best picnic spots in the whole province.
Falls Pinsel is not only one of the most popular tourist attractions of the Philippines, but the place is surrounded by many legends and myths.
