Park King's Domain, which can be translated as Royal property, 36 acres of lawns and walkways in the heart of Melbourne on the South Bank of the Yarra river. One of the most beautiful urban parks, it was founded in 1854, and it got its name during the celebration of the centenary of Melbourne in 1935.

The Park is adjacent to such popular tourist attractions as the Alexandra Gardens, Queen Victoria Gardens and the Royal Botanic Gardens. Inside the Government Building, "Music Bowl" Sidney Mayer, the cottage is the first County superintendent of the Port Phillip Charles La Trobe and the memorial. The stadium often hosts concerts of classical and popular music, and in the winter months it turns into a skating rink.

One of the attractions of the Park is a solitary Calabrian pine. The seeds of this tree brought a young soldier, returning to Australia with the First World war. Another famous tree Park – a lush fern with a number of steps leading to a small pool. Around the Park there are 4-kilometer track that was meant for horses, but today it was chosen by the adherents of Jogging.

In the Park you can see many monuments and sculptures, for example, the memorial to the aboriginal people of Australia. Another interesting object is a sculptural composition consisting of three bronze bells, dedicated to Tilly Aston, a blind activist, who has done a lot to help disabled and distribution of Braille (for the blind) in everyday life. Obelisk with four lions is dedicated to the memory of Australians who died during the South African war of 1899-1902. In the Park there are a lot of statues to perpetuate the memory of soldiers – men and women who served and did not come back from different wars.
