Galleria Umberto I is a kind of pompous passage. Cruciform in plan, with four sides and topped with an openwork dome on an octagonal drum, it was completed in 1890 by a group of architects (E. Rocco, P. Bube, A. curry, etc.), becoming a monument lush era. There are expensive shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants.
