Vorontsov Palace in Odessa is a Palace complex situated on the promenade, which is one of the main architectural monuments of the town.

The construction of the Palace was carried out in 1826 -1828 years, the last building was completed in 1834. On the site of the Palace was once an impregnable fortress of hacibey, and during the new building of the Odessa land at the extreme North hill Boulevard came into the possession of the Governor-General of the Novorossiysk territory V. S. Vorontsov.
