The center of traditional crafts in the city of Petrozavodsk is located in a historic 19th century building. This small and cosy house with three Windows with mezzanine is located in the city center and consists of exhibition halls, workshops, classrooms, and gift shop. Getting into crafts Center, you have the unique opportunity to watch the master at work and to try to participate in master classes, and will get acquainted with modern and traditional arts and crafts of the Republic of Karelia. Also you will have an opportunity to purchase handmade items for your family and friends.

All the masters who work in the crafts Center are highly qualified and are members of the Guild of craftsmen of the Republic of Karelia. All excursions in the crafts Center adapted for children from 6 years, and masters engaged in teaching activities.

Thanks to the cooperation with travel agencies, the Center of traditional crafts carries out departure artisans outside Petrozavodsk on the camp site. They conduct workshops and sightseeing activities for Russian and foreign tourists.
