Steam bath, so local people call it, opened its gates on September 6, 1896. It was designed by architects Antal Steinhardt and Adolf Lange in the eclectic style with the typical Turkish baths. This applies in particular to the domes and interior. Symmetrical 117 metre long building was a popular place of leisure of citizens. Bath had a bath, separate for women and men. In 1927, artesian water in the bath was replaced with water from the healing springs. After several reconstructions (the last was completed in 2004) bath offered its visitors Wellness and medical baths. First popular among the older generation, second preference for young people. The courtyard in which there is an atmosphere of Mediterranean resorts in the summer is a stage for theatrical performances under the open sky.
