All Saints Church in Taganrog is located on the territory of the necropolis of the XIX-XX centuries in the historical part of the city. The Church was founded in 1810 in 1837 the Church was rebuilt, and in that she came to the present day. This is the only iconic city building, preserved in its original form and is not destroyed in the Soviet years.

By 1860, the temple became dilapidated and was renovated and expanded under the project, done at the city of St. Petersburg. At the same time to the Church were attached to the refectory and bell tower. All restoration work was conducted with funds donated by parishioners, under the guidance of local architect Firsova. The largest donations were made by I. D. alferaky, that his funds were held Sunday school at the Church. In September 1910, when the cemetery Church was opened and consecrated the parish school, located on the left side of the lane opposite the main entrance to the cemetery. The building has survived to this day.

In may 1894 in Taganrog the temple was installed new mosaic iconostasis of colored glass, enamel and porcelain. In 1922, cemetery Church, and from many other religious churches, was requisitioned by the Church plate, including 38 icons with silver settings, 4 gold cross 4 gold brooches and silver 16 lamps. Taganrog Church of All Saints is situated away from the busy main roads, and greenery. This is a compositional center of the necropolis, to which converge all the alleys of the old graveyard.
