Chapel of All Saints is located at the main entrance to telč caslte castle and is one of the most beautiful burial structures in Central Europe. The chapel was never intended for the administration of services, and once conceived as the resting place of the owners of the castle of zachariae from Hradec and his beloved wife Catherine Wallenstein.
The chapel is the youngest building on the grounds of the castle. It became part of the Palace complex after a big reconstruction Zachariason in the second half of the XVI century. The chapel was built in 1580 on the project Baldassare Maggi, who also participated in the restructuring of the castles in Cascom Krumlov, Yingyao Hradec and in brtnice. Interior decoration was completed only to 1589. In the centre of the chapel established a large sarcophagus, decorated with wrought iron railings and frescoes. Here we can see the arms of zachariae and Catherine. Near the tomb placed four statues of the evangelists and composition depicting the Holy Trinity.

Wife of zachariae died in 1571 – a few years before the building of the chapel. When the chapel of All Saints was fully prepared, the remains of the mistress of telč caslte castle were transferred here with all solemnity.
To see the chapel only as part of guided tours on Telscom the castle. Usually it is closed. Take a look at her interior is permitted through the bars blocking the entrance.
Up to 50-ies of the last century the chapel was sometimes held religious ceremonies, mainly, to the burial of the owners or managers of the castle.
