The Central area of the Greenhouse, once called the Market and used for various folk festivals and fairs, now called Freedom square.

In the Middle ages in its center adorned with a Renaissance town Hall and the fountain, which was used for storing drinking water. In 1793, the town Hall burned and was not subject to restoration. You could clear the site for construction of a new city hall, but city officials decided to leave the center square free and to move the town Hall to one of the houses on the North side. On the site of an ancient burgher houses, purchased by the magistrate, he has erected a new building in the neoclassical style. In 1806 the local authorities have moved into a new town Hall. It is now used for administrative purposes.

Instead of the old fountain in the early nineteenth century established a statue of the virgin.

Almost all of the original buildings surrounding the square were destroyed. Instead now you can see multi-storey mansions, built in the classical style. To the right of the town Hall in 1885 was built another house, which belonged to the magistrate. A little later it took the Czech Savings Bank. The house on the West side of the square in the 60-ies of XX century were demolished and in their place appeared a modern building, which housed the post office and television center. In the South square of Liberty in 1986 was built futuristic building where the shop "Prior".

This reconstruction of the area did not like many of the townspeople. However, in the opinion of the architect responsible for the transformation of the city, this area is more spacious and appropriate for the status of a modern resort.
