Karon beach is the second most popular in Phuket and probably the most upscale on the island. He is a three-kilometer stretch of white sand on the shore of the Andaman sea. Most of the beach is open to the public, both hotels are located across the street and have a private area by the sea. Around the beach there is a wide pedestrian\bike path.

The beach is in the West, whereby it offers a wonderful view of the sunsets.

The majority of restaurants, bars, cafes and tour companies, not connected with the hotel business, situated in the Central part of Karon beach. Here is a popular snorkeling and diving.

The Northern part is the least tourist, here is a lake Nong Harn beach and Park where you can go Jogging, fitness or other sport. In the Northern part of Karon beach, also there is a crystal white sand and azure sea without large groups of tourists.

At the southern end of the beach there is a number of entertainment venues, including Golf centre "Dino Park". It is a specialized field for playing Golf, decorated in the style of the cartoon "the Flintstones". The shapes of dinosaurs, erupting mini-volcanoes and other entertainment delight not only adults, but children. The club is located, and a themed restaurant with great food.
