Arctic Park "Polaria", created in 1997 by the Department for the protection of the environment of Norway, is a part of Polar research center.

The Museum building has an unusual shape: it is made in the form of ice blocks. Inside the Museum is a panoramic cinema, the layout of the coast with the Northern lights, aquariums with the inhabitants of the Northern seas. Huge attractive sight to the seal-Latham, popularly known as sea hares, thanks to the good disposition and intelligence. Unusual architecture and typical inhabitants of the Barents sea and Svalbard have made the Museum the main attraction of tromsø.

Looking panoramic film about Arctic Norway, you will take an aerial tour by helicopter over the banks of the severe and extraordinarily beautiful Spitsbergen – the largest island of the Svalbard archipelago.
