Ensemble industrial estate Mosolov is located in the village of Dubna. It includes: the main house (18th century), where he lived the founder of the ironworks in Dubna, landowner Mosolov; industrial building (19th century), the building of human (V. 19), Park (18-19 centuries), the dam of the pond (V. 18).
The main residential building is a large wooden building with a stone ground floor. This is only one of the three houses of the manufacturer, which reached to our days. The rest were Protasovo and in Yalta. House in Dubna, in contrast, looks more monumental and representative.
Peter Ivanovich Mosolov was born in 1803 His father - Ivan Philippovich was from the dynasty of the owners of factories Mosolov. In 1828 Peter Ivanovich built in the province of Tula, in Dubna, on the shore of the pond, in front of his ironworks three-story house of wood and brick. With the facade of the building was beautifully decorated. The house was a porch and added cast iron elements: intricate brackets, columns with grape clusters, a Grand staircase, decorated with images of grape leaves and flowers. All these elements were cast at Dubno plant. Downstairs was held straight corridor that overlooked the Western side of the Park, also there was an exit on the South side, where there was an open summer terrace with a staircase in the house land garden, where there was a large bed with a vase in the center, down to the pond for swimming, playing in the Playground.
The house was resolved in the typical architecture of the first half of the 19th century forms. The Central axis of the symmetrical facade is emphasized by a high mezzanine, which is crowned by a triangular pediment. Also typical of those times and the wooden parts of the structure, which are made in the forms of stone architecture. Customary for similar buildings securing major quadras angles were simulated planks of wood, nailed to the corners of the walls. The decoration of the building is quite modest.
Mezzanine composition is combined with the first floor 4 Corinthian pilasters, this increases the height of the house. Most likely, many of the decorative details of the building has not survived to our time. There are, for example, indicate the presence in front of the three Central Windows of the first floor balcony. At window trim on the side facade is different, a rather bizarre form.
Next is located the office Mosolov, and on the other side – kitchen and Laundry, near – barns, human, stables. All the buildings are extant and all together form a single architectural ensemble of the estate Mosolov, which is protected by the state.
From the pond, the stories that have come from the old-timers of the village, the home of the owner of the plant was a Park which smoothly passed to the orchard. Garden Park is picturesquely encircled shore of the pond. On the far side of the pond rose up meadows with fragrant herbs and wildflowers.
On the border of the garden and the Park had a greenhouse that grows exotic fruits and plants supplied to the lordly table. From home Mosolov in Dubna was the first village street, which turns into a road paved with cobblestones that led to the house of a factory in the village Protasovo, which is architecturally similar to Dubno house, built in the late 18th century
About 1820-1830 Maslova built a house and Tula, who then sold it to the gunsmith Goltyakovy. This building has been preserved and today. This two-story brick building with columns on the street October (D. 17).
Today the house Mosolov is a residential apartment building. There are 22 apartments. Iron stairs were covered with rust, staircases lined with beautiful cast-iron plates. Partially preserved magnificent wooden railing, although the paint on them has faded and crumbled. The rooms are remains of the stucco. From the Windows of the house is visible shallow pond.
