The idea of creating the monument was first conceived in 2008, was initiated by Vera Kuznetsova is a famous ethnographer, which is carefully studied such a difficult feat. Funding for the project was carried out at the expense of funds received from the entrepreneurs of Dagestan or Yaroslavl region.
