The Church Of St. Mark, located in the eponymous square, famous for its amazing roof. Colored tiles covering it, depict the coats of arms of Croatia, Dalmatia and Slavonia and Zagreb.

The Church was built in the XIII century, but was rebuilt several times. The entrance is decorated with statues of Jesus, virgin Mary, Saint Mark and the other apostles. The Church interior is decorated with works by the sculptor Ivan Meštrović. Note the frescoes depicting lenov Croatian Royal family.
