Villa "Atma" was built in the late 19th century as a guest house in the popular Chalet style Polish architect Jozef Cyprus-Stochem. In 1930, the Villa "Atma" was rented by the Polish composer Karol Shimanovsky, who wrote II Concerto for violin and IV Symphony Concert.
