Historical Museum of Yambol is situated in the centre of town in a two-storey buildings. Was founded in 1952 as the logical continuation of the local scientific and archaeological societies, created patriotically adjusted citizens.

The Museum exposition is divided into thematic sections, which simplifies inspection and analysis. On the first floor of the Museum presents the archaeological grandeur of Yambol region. The exposition consists of all possible samples is not only material but also spiritual human culture since Neolithic times.
