The heart of the so-called "internal" blocks " part of český Krumlov, located at the foot of the rock, on which is placed the castle, is an area of Agreement. It's small, but very cozy, surrounded by colourful medieval houses, most of which have retained the original look. Many buildings are decorated with valuable frescoes. For example, on the facade of the house No. 14 is the painting, which depicts Saint John of Nepomuk.

Probably, the main building of this area is considered to be dumpy town Hall, built in 1519 on the site of an older structure. Its facade attracts the attention of big arms, two of which belong to the country and the city, and two are emblems of Czech families, long-time owner of Cesky-Krumlov, Eggenberg and the Schwarzenbergs. On the roof of city Hall set of decorative vases that were made in the XVIII century. Under the eaves you can see a small bell, which was collected at the meeting members of the town Council. Now in the hall are a tourist office where you can get free city maps, and small but very interesting Museum of torture.

The house next to the town Hall under the number 2 is known for its Ghost. Previously in this house was a tavern whose owner named Yang constantly accused the employee of a local brewer that he cheats him and gives him full kegs of beer. This man was fired from his job. Then the offended employee cursed the holder of a tavern. Ian was down in a cellar, slipped and fell headlong down. On top of him fell heavy barrels, causing his death. His soul still wanders around the house, scaring the residents.

In the center is traditional Czech cities Plague column, built in the XVIII century.
