The Museum, dedicated to one of the sweetest craft of Gorodets town, was opened in 2008 on Lenin street, in the Museum quarter. The carrot Museum is located in the merchant's manor house, built in 1906 for the ship owner, a corn Chandler, believer and Gorodetsky known philanthropist - Stepan Yakovlevich Trapkin. After the death of the merchant some time home with modern elements belonged to I. J. Petelino.
