Cathedral of St. Joseph was built on the ruins of the tower Bao Thien in 1886 in neo-Gothic style. Its appearance is a bit like the hunchback of Notre Dame. The Church interior is decorated with magnificent stained glass Windows and rich altar. In 1990, was buried here last cardinal of Vietnam. The statues are raised over his tomb, to perpetuate the memory of the Vietnamese martyrs for the faith.
