The fountain "Mirror stream" was built in 1947 to commemorate the Victory of the Soviet people in the great Patriotic war. It is located at Sumskaya street opposite the Opera house. Attached to it is a small but very picturesque square, which is nice to walk or just sit on the bench, to schedule a meeting or an appointment.
