The two-storey building is a striking example of architecture of the late nineteenth century in eclectic style. The author of the project wing of the manor was the architect N. D. Grigoriev.
The owner of the mansion was the first Guild merchant Nikolai Hillocks, one of the largest Industrialists and financiers of the Nizhny Novgorod province in the late nineteenth century. The formation of the manor N. And.
