The Church of St. Martin is located in Naestved, on the Danish island of Zealand. This is one of the medieval churches of this city. Sources mention her from about 1280 years - it is believed that the Church of St. Martin was built around the year 1200. The building was originally designed as a parish Church. This is one of five churches in nestved: there is also St. Peter's Church, St. John's Church, Church of Herlufsholm and the Church Halsted.

St Martin Church built in the Gothic style of brick. The oldest parts of the Church were built in the early 13th century. In the 15th century the Church was expanded, but the chapel for the baptism and the porch were completed in 1850-ies.

Ancient frescoes covering the walls of the temple, depicts Saint Martin, sitting on a horse and cutting off part of his cloak to give it to a beggar. The first organ works Hans BRABUS installed in the Church in 1587. Hans BRABUS – Flemish master at making bodies, worked in Denmark and Sweden. An altar in 1667, has a height of 6 meters, decorated with figures of people, grotesquely depicted several. These images are considered to be the work of Abel Schroeder, who had served in the post of organist at the Church for 42 years. The pulpit of the Church was made by the father of Abel Schroeder.
