In the city of Olomouc you can see a lot of interesting buildings, built in different styles, which, however, successfully combined with each other. Such buildings are an elegant building of the Villa Primavesi, built in the style of the Vienna secession. In the true English style Villa built in a quiet Park, so it is their appearance resembles the pavilions, which naturally fit into the natural landscape. Some details of the design of the Villa is designed in the style of the Prague Baroque. Thus, we see an unusual structure, in which decor you can find elements belonging to different architectural styles.

To work on the Villa were invited architects from Vienna – W. von Krauss and Th. Only. Future mansion was intended for family local banker Primavesi. Otto Primavesi – a very successful man was madly in love with his own wife to Eugenio, so otherwise spoiled her. Luxury Villa in the Park, lying on a hill above the town, was another gift of a loving wife. The house was built in the shortest possible time, and in 1906 the new owners have already settled it, trying to make as comfortable as possible. The main room in the mansion was a huge living room with beautiful carved staircase and an imposing fireplace, which often made a fire.

Until 1918 the design of houses. Its rooms gradually filled with valuable works of art. With a personal friendship Otto Primavesi the famous painter Gustav Klimt, the mansion has several of his paintings. These were mainly portraits of family members.
