The Estonian road Museum is a specialized Museum, created with the purpose of acquaintance with the history of roads not only with scientific and educational, but also entertaining points of view. The Museum was founded by the Department of roads. The road, which is an important part of civilization, is so familiar to us that we think no more about her than about the air you breathe.

The first expressed the idea of creating a legendary road Museum road worker to the AAD lass. The establishment of this institution began in the late 1990-ies. The site of the future Museum was chosen as the post office Verbose, built in 1863.
