In the period 1822-1839, the family estate was owned by the uncle of the poet Hannibal Veniamin Petrovich, and after his death Peter passes to the landowner by the name of Companion, and then inherited her home the daughter of C. F. knyazhevich became its. Most new owners have managed to preserve the layout of the estate. In 1918, the estate was on fire – Peter was burned.
