Sant Ivo Alla Sapienza, the Roman Catholic Church in Rome. Built in, 1642-1660 by the architect Francesco Borromini, it is considered a masterpiece of Roman Baroque architecture. To get into the inner courtyard of a Church, with Corso del Rinascimento (three blocks from Piazza Navona).

In the 14th century on the site of a small chapel, belonged to the Roman University La Sapienza. The new Church was dedicated to St. Ivo of Brittany, the patron Saint of lawyers. The walls of the rotunda and dome are decorated with sculptures of Borromini.
