The pharmacy building at the corner of Sacco and Vanzetti (formerly Castrigno) and Chapaev (formerly Elias) was built in 1898-gg.. the Architect and the designer of the mansion in the style of "brick eclecticism with elements of classicism is U. N. Terlikov. Two-storey brick building is l-shaped belonged to one of the brothers pharmacists - Alexander Georgievich Fridolin, titular Counsellor and master of pharmacy. For the home owner, the building had several purposes: the living room on the second floor, pharmacy with a main entrance on the first and storage space in the basement of the house.

Pharmacy corner Bay window (above the main entrance, second floor) composite prepares the corner, and the dome is covered with black scales of roofing tin, has long been the benchmark under construction in Saratov in the late nineteenth century.
