Czech Switzerland romantically referred to as national Park, located near the town of děčín. Many people have probably heard of Saxon Switzerland – German reserve, a very famous, popular and incredibly popular activity for locals and travellers. Now, Bohemian Switzerland is a natural extension of Saxon Switzerland, but it is located on the territory of the neighbouring Czech Republic. Therefore, tourists come here prepared: they expect to see picturesque rock formations, romantic landscapes, the majestic river Elbe, swift streams, breaking away from the mountains ringing waterfalls, deep canyons and the highest peak reserve – Decin Sneznik.
The most interesting place in the reserve is considered unusual Sandstone arch called pravčická brána. It is a real natural phenomenon, look at who come from all over Europe. Imagine a huge archway, created by nature through erosion, a process which did not stop for over hundreds of millions of years. Volcanic rock, of which the local mountains, contributed to the emergence of unusual rock ledges, its shape reminiscent of fairytale characters. To pravčická brána can come close.
National Park Czech Switzerland is famous for well-padded travel paths, but the most memorable walk around the Park will be a boat trip on the rough river Kamenice. The tour takes place at the most amazing places of the Czech Switzerland.
