Military-historical Museum of the Pacific fleet in Vladivostok is a key city Museum, whose history is directly connected with the history of the fleet. The opening of the Museum of the Pacific fleet took place in 1950, Originally it was located in the building of the Lutheran Church. Currently the Museum is located in a historic building on the main street of the city, which is a historical and architectural monument. The building, made in the tradition of strict classicism, is part of a single architectural ensemble of the so-called officer of the wings, which on the street Svetlanskaya. Among the valuable artifacts in the Museum you can see weapons, old awards, things of Russian sailors. The Museum also features: medical instruments during the Russian-Japanese war, marine watercolor, original collection of model ships, etc. Since its Foundation, the collection of the Military historical Museum was constantly increased.

Separate historical episodes of the Pacific fleet dedicated and branches of the Museum, namely the submarine "s-56" memorial ship Krasny Vympel" on the Ship quay, and also located on the island of Russian "Voroshilov battery".
