Cactus Park of Izu is something of a cross between a Botanical garden and a zoo. It is located on the island of Izu, on the slopes of an extinct volcano. More than a thousand species of cacti from around the world are exhibited in the Park greenhouses and in open terrain. In the Park you can see a variety of birds and rodents. In addition, several times a day entertainment show featuring chimpanzees.
