Sculptural composition "Bench" health is one of the most famous monuments of the city of Kemerovo. Set composition on the territory of the regional hospital (Oktyabrsky) in 2008 on the initiative of the chief physician of the institution – Michael Lakshtanov.

The sculpture consists of two sculptures installed near an ordinary bench. The first sculpture is dedicated to the nurse and depicts a young friendly woman in a robe, hurrying to the aid of patients. The second sculpture was installed a month after the first and depicts a doctor, with one hand resting on the umbrella and the other on the bench. The facial expression of the doctor shows his fatigue, but he is peering through his glasses at the invisible face of the patient, trying to establish the correct diagnosis. Complements the figure of the doctor kind of symbol and at the same time an indispensable instrument – stethoscope hanging around his neck. Externally, the figure of the doctor resembles the image is known and loved by all children and adults Dr. Doolittle.

To date, the sculptural composition "Bench" health is the only monument in the Kuzbass, both devoted to the doctor and the nurse. Thus the authors of the monument wanted to thank the doctors and nurses for their daily selfless work to save lives. The sculptural composition was created with funding from the regional hospital.

Visitors to the hospital I like to sit on this bench for a few minutes, trying to "improve their health".
