The center and Museum are located in the building constructed by the project of Baron Georges-eugène Haussmann, the famous reformer of the nineteenth century, who was the prefect of the Seine, and formed the image of Paris. The building restoration was completed in 1991 with the participation of architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, a famous architect of our time, whose works can be seen not only in France but in Russia (for example, reconstruction of buildings of the factory "Red October").
