The waterfall was hopping in, near the Karpaty Photo: Waterfall "Jumped" in, near the Karpaty

Near the village, near the Karpaty in Mukachevo district, Transcarpathian region is a natural monument of local importance waterfall "Skipped". It was as a result of the output of volcanic rocks on the surface. Evidence of volcanic origin are small rocky cliffs on the side of a waterfall deep in the forest. Nourish waterfall mountain streams right tributary Irshava river Sinyavka. Crossing the wooded slope of the mountain stone ridge blocks the path of the watercourse in this location, the stream breaks off the ledges three steps and forms a cascade jets, like jumping from stone to stone. This fact and the reason for such a frivolous name of the waterfall is "Skipped".

This is a tourist site, the rise which starts from the territory belonging to the sanatorium "forest". The path to the waterfall is at beech grove, which is in itself interesting. Above the falls the stream flows through boulders and rocks, forming many mini-waterfalls. On the way to the waterfall eyes open Carpathian landscapes of amazing beauty, surrounded by tall straight trees, which you will not find anywhere else in Ukraine.
