On the East coast of the island of Paros (Cyclades archipelago a few miles South of the village of Marpissa and 18 km on Southeast from Parikia (the administrative centre of the island) is a small resort town of Piso Livadi.

The picturesque village of Piso Livadi is considered the best part of the southern coast of Paros island. In recent years significantly transformed its tourism infrastructure. Today in Piso has an excellent selection of comfortable hotels and apartments. Famous for the town and good restaurants, taverns and cafes with excellent Greek cuisine. Here you can relax and enjoy excellent fresh fish and seafood. Will delight vacationers and excellent urban sandy beach with trees.

In Piso Livadi has a small port where many moored fishing boats and yachts, and there are regular flights to the Islands of Naxos, Mykonos and Santorini. This provides an excellent opportunity to make a fascinating tour or small cruise.

Next to the city harbour (distance less than 1 km away is the beach of Lagaros awarded the famous "blue flag", followed immediately by a village of the same name, where are concentrated primarily hotels and apartments. This place is ideal for swimming and snorkeling, and sport fishing and other water sports. On the hill, which rises above the village, is a small white Church of St. George, Dating from the 13th century. In the Church there are interesting ancient frescoes, unfortunately not very well preserved.

South of Piso Livadi are also many excellent beaches, the most famous being the "Golden beach" is one of the best beaches on the island and a popular place for windsurfers and kitesurfers.
