The discovery center Ford interactive car Museum in Geelong, telling the story of the formation and development of the automotive industry in Australia. On two floors of the Museum models of Ford cars of different years, cinema room and several areas for themed games. The centre was opened in April 1999.

The history of the company "Ford" in Australia began long ago, in 1925, when Geelong was built the first factory for the Assembly of cars. Despite the use of American technology in the manufacture of vehicles for Australian consumers have developed a special design. Already in the mid-1990s, the administration of the company is thinking about creating a Museum that would allow everyone to be behind the scenes of automobile production.
