Tuan Chau island is one of several Islands in Halong Bay. On the island was the summer residence of Ho Chi Minh. Now there are three villas and a restaurant. In early 1997 the government announced a plan to build on the island resort complex worth $ 100 million, which includes hotels, villas and Golf course.
