Almost on the border with Bavaria is located in the city under the name Cheb, which is inhabited by the Czechs and the Germans. It is built on the ohře river and offers its guests to visit the many attractions for every taste. You can find here and unique to the Church and the wider area, and even a castle.

On the streets of Cheb history is still alive. Local sites associated with many renowned historical figures, so any traveler will be pleased to see famous places, played a major role in certain events. So, here was Sam Frederick Barbarossa, who built the local castle. Ruins of the ancient fortress, which survived only a couple of objects – the chapel in the Romanesque style and has a tower with an observation deck, located on the outskirts of town but reachable from the historic centre on foot.
