Former estate avgustovo – small Royal residence built for stanisław August Poniatowski in 1782. For the construction of the estate was invited fashionable in those days the Italian architect Giuseppe Sacco, who had already raised for the king some fine country residences. The king, who was famous for his love, used this fine house in a suburban farm avgustovo for amorous rendezvous.

After the Commonwealth became part of the Russian Empire, Catherine II gave this a gorgeous gift to General the Earl of Mauritius de Lacy as a reward for victory in the Russo-Turkish war. To the honored General liked the estate avgustovo that he moved in it forever. After the death of de Lacy a will in favour of his nephew Patrick O'brian de Lacy. A young man came into possession of the estate in 1820 and became a local noble soul society, having mastered two languages: Russian and Polish.

The chapel (the chapel-rotunda) in avgustovo was built as the ancestral tombs. First it was buried Earl Mauritius de Lacy. In the main altar was the image of the Mother of God, and on the sides of apostles Peter and Paul. Now it is an active Catholic chapel of saints Peter and Paul.

During the First world war, during the war, in 1915, burned down the building of the estate avgustovo and rod O Brainev de Lacy moved into an old Inn building. It was built in 1792, and brought the family a good income.
