Nesvizh historical Museum was founded in 1986. For 9 subsequent years of accumulating scientific material and gathered ethnographic collection. The official opening of the Museum to the public was held in 1995.
The total area of the Museum - 852 square meters. Permanent exhibitions take five Museum halls. Two rooms are used as held in the Museum's temporary exhibitions. The Museum's main Fund is divided into 18 thematic collections, the number of exhibits in which are more than 8000 units. Here are some of the collections of the Museum: "Painting and graphics", "Photographs", "Pottery", "Documents", "Numismatics", "Weaving", "Archaeology", "Precious metals", "Books and periodicals", "Tableware"; personal collection: artist M. K. Sevruk, composers I. T Trosko and P. N. Kosach. The Museum also has several branches.
Personal collection of the Belarusian painter, born in Nesvizh Mikhail Sevruk was opened in the memorial apartment-Museum of the painter.
Museum object "Smithy" was opened in 2006. It reflects the process of blacksmithing skill. Near the smithy were also built povety, well with Kumagai, shed for carts, machine for shoeing the horses to show the whole complex of the ancient forge in action.
Pottery was opened in 2001. It clearly shows the process of creating pottery. Workshop made so that everyone could try himself as a Potter. Here spend the master-classes of folk masters.
