Sydney Luna Park amusement Park, located on the Northern shore of Sydney Harbour in the Cape of milsons point.

First amusement Park was built close to the famous harbour bridge in 1935 – rides for him brought from Luna Park Glenelg in South Australia. First, the Park was only 9 months a year, closing for the winter season. During the Second World war this place was extremely popular with the soldiers of the Australian and American armies. In the 1950s brought new rides from Holland, USA, Germany and England, and in the 1970s the Park was the slogan the phrase "the Place where happiness lives.

In June 1979 the amusement Park was a terrible tragedy – the attraction "the Ghost Train" was a fire, which killed 6 children and one adult. The Park was closed immediately. Most of the rides were dismantled, and in their place in 1982, built a new Park. Then the Park closed several times in connection with various repair and restoration work. The recent opening of the Park took place in 2004 – then, despite the rain, here it was a few thousand people, and for the first two months of operation, the Park was visited by over 200 thousand people!

Today Sydney's Luna Park is one of two amusement parks in the world, protected by the state, and several buildings on its territory included in the National Heritage list of Australia and New South Wales.
