Museum complex "House" is located in the building, which was built in the years 1785-1790 (project author – architect Form) in the classical style. It is located in the city center, in the depths of the old Park with walkways and a fountain, between the ancient cathedrals. The building was designed for the needs of the provincial administration, bureaucratic it remained until the 1990-ies.
