Church cards – the Church, named after the corresponding female Catholic order, is located in the centre of Warsaw. The Church has another name - the Church of the care of Saint Joseph. The Church is one of the few examples of exquisite Rococo style in the Polish capital.

The first wooden Church on this site was created in 1651 by order of Queen Maria Luisa de Nevers gonzara for the French order of the blessed virgin Mary. This Church was burnt by the Swedes in 1656. In 1664, construction began on a new Church. The first stone was laid Vaclav Leszczynski. Unfortunately, being unfinished, the Church burned down in 1695. The construction of the new Church in its current form began in 1728 by the architect Karol Wow on the initiative of a politician Elisabeth Sierawski. In 1734, the construction was suspended due to lack of funds and continued a few years later thanks to the participation of Maria Sofia Czartoryski. The facade of the Church and the altar were made by Polish architect Ephraim schroeger. The sculptures on the facade is a work of the greatest Polish sculptor John George Plersch. Church consecrated by Bishop Joseph Andrew Zaluski September 20, 1761.

Church cards – one of the few buildings in Warsaw, which was not damaged during the Second world war. He survived in good condition. The Church became very popular after Chopin played here on the organ during worship, as a student of the Warsaw Lyceum. The original organ is still in the Church.

In 1960, the priest became a priest and poet Jan Twardowski.
