The Mozart Museum in the alley Getreide Photo: the Mozart Museum in the alley Getreide

Narrow Getreidegasse lane – one of the most interesting streets of old Salzburg. In the medieval houses is a lot of different shops and looking at their old signage wrought iron is a pleasure.

At number nine on this lane 27 January 1756 was born Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. On the fourth floor, where about 17 years the family lived Mozart, now a Museum, the exhibition which can be seen only lifetime portrait of the great composer, his first musical instruments and much more.
